Doug Flutie's retarded kid could beat up Dan Marino's.

FOR THE RECORD, Dan Marino's retarded kid is no longer retarded. His kid has lost all signs of autism and socially is pretty much completely normal. Only Marino's kid could make a 4th quarter comeback and beat retardedness. And yes Sdot, you are going to hell.

With the #1 pick in the 2007 NFL Draft, the Miami Dolphins select...
Wow they looked bad in the second half. I know the Bills will struggle this year, but the smoke the media tried to blow up people's asses with this Miami team just came out of Saban's ass along with Culpepper's load.

Woah, I expected a little more out of the Dolphins. Not to overreact, the Steelers are the defending Champs and it was home.
On the other hand, Charlie Batch? Culpepper looked like he did before the knee injury (interceptions), the Defense was shakyagainst a conservative offense with the backup QB, and the running game didn't impress, though the Steelers are stout defenders.
Culpepper will only get healthier, more mobile and better. But still, those were some serious mental mistakes and he held the ball too long too often.

Get used to Culpepper looking like that. If you remember, thats how he looked when he was running the Vikings' season into the ground last year before the football gods stepped in and shredded his knee. Welcome to the AFC bitch

Alright, here are my thoughts on the game. Although Culpepper made two huge mental mistakes at the end, he never should have been in that situation to have to heave it up. Up until that point, he was managing the game well. Not great, but well. The problem on this team was and will continue to be their secondary. They were terrible last year, and by getting rid of Sam Madison they will be worse this year. They made Charlie Batch look like an all star. Huge mental let down at the end. The defensive line will have to put a lot more pressure on the quarterback to take some of the pressure off this young (and not very good) secondary. And the offense will also have to put more points on the board because this defense is not going to be very good.

cosmo, I'm just glad you aren't bitching about the 'challenge' that wasn't. Although Saban threw the flag about 4 seconds before the kick, he didn't do anything to attract the attention of the refs, unless you count shrugging his shoulders. His weak ass throw of the red flag made Chad Pennington look like Brett Favre. Regardless, that play wouldn't have mattered anyways because Pittsburgh would've punched it in on the next play.
