Tuck Rule is definitely a huge hose job.
As for that Bills-Jaguars game, I forgot Wychek scored the TD. I know Nasty Nate went for the pick instead of knocking the ball away from Jimmy Smith on a fourth and forever.
I hate Nasty Nate. He sure did do a flip into the endzone on a punt return a few years ago, and he's never seen a third-string QB pass he didn't like.

Welcome to Buffalo south, hope you don't have to get used to it like we have. On second thought, I do hope you have to get used to it. Remember that Vinny Testeverde 'touchdown' when he was stopped about 2 feet short? This evens it out. The vinny touchdown run was already a karma make up call for a Ray Lucas called intereception that wasn't that cost the jets a playoff spot in 1997. Im pretty sure it was against Detroit.

Watching the game, I half-expected Vince McMahon to come out and say, "Sound the fucking buzzer!" Was this game played in Montreal?

The same season of the Bills-Jags game... Milaurkey's first yr... I believe it was week 2 against the Raiders. Travis Henry was ruled just short of the end zone on a run up the middle but the Bills were out of timeouts so they could not challenge the play. After the game it was clear that he was in for the TD. This would have sealed the game for the Bills and they would have been 10-6 instead of 9-7 and they would have made the playoffs.
The Jets play last night was a bull$hit one.. it should have been a TD. However, the Bills get phucked over on calls like this CONSTANTLY, so i can't feel too bad for the Jets and their gay fireman.

Actually, the worst blown call in sports history can be summed up in two words:
"No Goal."

Not that this is a hose job, but I've always felt that during "The Play" in the Cal-Stanford game that one guys knee was definitely down. Anyone know what I'm talking about? It's the one guy who's gang tackled and somehow tosses it out. I swear his kneed is down.

I think there are a lot fluke plays that refs don't have the balls to make the correct call in fear for their lives as dumb as that sounds. "The Play" had about 3 forward laterals, Music city Miracle was a forward pass (UB physics professors actually showed it scientifically to BuffNews). And for No Goal, all I remember hearing is that it would be embarassing for the NHL to call off the celebration on the illegal goals.
I guess my point is, they have all these rules, replay etc and the fact they can't get thins correct is an abomination. The fact that "judgement calls" are the basis of a game is terrible and needs to be nullified across the board.

That year before instant replay was installed had to be the worst year of game-changing blown calls. Vinny vs. the Seahawks was one of those. I'd have to say the Oakland Raiders have the two biggest hose jobs in NFL history. The Immaculate Reception: raiders players, fans, even some media swear one or two of two things happened on that play. 1. The ball touched the receiver and not the raider who made the hit. Therefore, Harris couldn't have caught it without a penalty. (Same type of play happened in Super Bowl V. Ball popped off a Colt receiver, fluttered in the air and just over the extended arms of Cowboy CB Mel Renfro. He comes close to touching it but you can't really tell if he does because it doesn't move. The ball falls into TE John Mackey's arms and he scores. They said he touched it.) 2. The tip of the ball hit the ground when Franco Harris caught it. No 2. hose job was the "Tuck Rule". Raiders should've been in the Super Bowl that year. The Tuck Rule was the # 1 hose job of all time. The # 2 was stupid Gruden getting to the Super Bowl the next year and working over his former team. The night of the tuck rule was the only time it snowed in the Bronx that entire winter. I was on snow removal and had to listen to the game the whole time. When I got out of work, I drank a whole liter of Philadelphia Whiskey with Coca-Cola. I was bombed.

Ive seen so much of that one play (music city miracle) and i just cannot tell whether it was a forward lateral or not. That is one play that could be argued for ever. Agreed. As a non biased fan, the Bills cant complain beacause if the players stayed in their lanes like they are supposed to then Dyson doesnt get all the way to the end zone. That play works like 1 in 20 times it is tried. The Bills ST's got complacent cause they just took the lead and thought the game was over. South described it pretty well, I will never be able to tell if it was forward or not. I still haev the newspaper at home that shows the 2 photos of the throw and catch, its so close.

Being a Bills fan, I fully agree. As much as I want to say the play was "illegal", there still should have been someone home on the opposite side to stop Dyson.

It would have been Darryl Porter, but he's an idiot. That guy sucked with his dreds, gold teeth, and inability to stay in his goddam lane.

KC, i hate the "the didnt deserve to win" bullpoop. The game is 60 minutes long, if you play poopty for 50 but kick ass in the last 10, tie the game, and get it to overtime then that is what you deserved. The fact that the Jets played poopty shouldnt justify a poopty call.
That being said, thanks for the support on the bannedwagon.
