University Censoring Posts

Here's what I posted on the SBU Alumni Board a few minutes ago.......... I'll be real tempted to call Sister Margaret if this post disappears...........


Post subject: University Censoring Posts

This afternoon I posted a link to the new site of the BonaBevelWagon. Checking back a few hours later my post has been removed.

Why the censorship? What on earth have the alumni connected with the BevelWagon done to have a link to the new BevelWagon removed? Does the University fear competition because the BevelWagon has proven to be a wildly popular board while this board frankly.....sucks?

I'm posting the BevelWagon link again. I want it left up this time. There is NO good reason for censoring a link to another alumni site.

All right, that's understandable. We sure don't want anybody taking heat on our account. But this version of the Bevelwagon is a lot tamer. There are no naughty links, disturbing pictures, or swears. We don't need to be the university's dirty little secret anymore.
