this was the post from a while ago... I didn't see what Dem deleted in his post, but it was about someone who was an assistant coach at Pitt, so I think he may have made a joke about the strip clubs there (where the St. John's players got busted and accused of rape).

Dem you provide some key insights to the past of our program but please refrain from references to adult establishments, especially those that denigrate women. Personally I don't care if you agree with me or not, but I would hope you would respect the rights of parents since this isn't a board for you and your adult friends, this is for the Bonaventure community. While I'm not a prude, your posts tend to make me cringe considering I know my 14 year old daughter reads this board and intends to attend bonaventure. I'm not against talk between men but please remember that board is open to the whole bonaventure community and perhaps you could tame your posts down just a bit? I refrained from commenting on your posts in the past and perhaps you don't realize it but you've referenced drug use in the past. You aren't the only guilty one either but this post finally drove me to the point that I felt it was needed to voice my opinion on the matter.
Times have changed since your time on campus and I would hope you respect the efforts of parents in today's world. Let's not encourage drug use any more than the music today's youth listens to does already. While you aren't to blame, I would prefer if I didn't have to confront this battle on yet another front. As a responsible parent that is involved in their child's life I would hope that former SBU students wouldn't portray the SBU life is accepting of such a lifestyle to women. Judging from your response, you personally know who "PortPasses" is and perhaps you could send further responses of this nature in a private email or telephone call.
