Well the original garbage plate eminated from Nick Tahou's. Now just about every town has their own "hots" place with their version of a plate. Still delicious.

a chick who graduated from Bonas a couple years ago, her parents owned Tahou's on Lyell Ave. which is also one of the orginals. And anyone remember "Hots for You" which was downtown Allegany for a semester. It was next to the Hickey. They served plates too. Dude who opened it was from Rochester. Great place i thought, did good business on the weekends, but just couldn't make it i guess...
